THE RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservation with check-ins prior to 0600 hours
is held from the previous evening and is billed for
from the previous evening itself.
In the absence of flight arrival details, reservation
will be deemed as near confirmation only. However,
a credit and guaranteed or billing letter will ensure
that your reservation is held on a definite basis,
up to your actual time of check-in on the day of reservation.
Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 24 hours
prior without any retention charges being applicable.
A one-night’s retention charge is leviable
on all No- Shows who do not check-in on the day of
reservation.
Our checkout time is 12 noon. Late checkout may
be extended up to 1500 hours, but are available only
on request, and are subject to availability.
Payment shall be direct by either cash or credit
card. In case credit is to be extended, please do
note, that all bills are payable on presentation.
